Are you a liar, or just dumb?

If your daughter admits to dropping her phone and breaking the display, do not tell me it was never dropped and it just "started happening".

Verizon No Longer Offering Instant Rebates Online...

Who else is extremely happy about this? That was the only major edge that the online store had on us, and now its gone. ๐Ÿคฃ

They Stole my Eggs... and then Threw them at me!!

So we have this crazy Customer on a Pre-Paid plan who comes in every month to pay his bill and then once more every month to complain about something not related to his cell phone. We will refer to him as Anderson.

Mr. Anderson comes in and we already know this is not a bill payment because he was in a week ago to pay his bill. So we get prepared.

Anderson: Heloooowwww

Us: Hello Mr. Anderson, what can we do for you today?

Anderson: Well I tried to call California and they charged me ten dollars and every time i call an 800 number they always, THEY CHARGE ME 10 DOLLARS EVERY TIME!!!

Us: You have free long distance and you shouldn't be charged for an 800 number so they probably didn't

Anderson: they what?

Us: They probably...

Trend reversal.......

So, in my store we have put an axe through the "free phone" idea. Some of our phones "TECHNICALLY" are free, but we put our in store protection on top of the price, and ppl don't blink. The people who previously wouldn't spend more than $1, are spending $140-$150 in store and many times even more!! We're not losing sales, my percentages on our protection plan have went from a 28% take rate to 200%. (yes, we can get over 100% here, because our take rate is only divided against new and upgrades, and we sell our protection plan w. new, upgrades, and full retail, and prepay plans). I'm sure I'll find a reason later to gripe...but as for now, I'm happy with people willing to spend some cash! Because we went from the bottom of the totem pole ...

T-Mobile.

So, I work for Sprint in a call center. Near perfect attendence for 8 months. Graduated with honors, and start college in Jan. Sprint has continually messed up my commision, and messing up my raises.

I have t-mobile service.

How does the commision for stores work?
Considering applying, and what is the process?
I have been told it is difficult to get hired on.
What about working with school schedule?.

Went from 600.00 commision to barely 100.00
