Re: restocking fees
our dealer tries to charge a restocking fee, but his contract with the carrier (according to our rep) says he cant charge a restock fee. and I am losing customers because word is getting around that he does
Re: restocking fees
our return policy is 30 days ("no-risk") usage doesnot matter, and the customer can return it as long as it is in like new condition, box, manuals, packaging all has to be there.

Iknownothing said:... but you cant say a union should never strike when people are out of work because then you're just writing a blank check to a corporation to be abusive in a poor economic climate irrespective of their individual outlook.
It's not about greed or profits... it's about being a responsible business (referring to both the unions and the corporation) and keeping your people in the stores where they can jelp the people that really sign ...

Walmart is a great example of a company that has a lot of hardworkers who are bullied by low pay and overwork.
Now that is a load. I worked for three different walmarts and while a lot of the people I worked with were hard workers, and some were slackers (ref: King of the Hill:
"Mega Dale" Episode KH705). the people that work hard and are doing their best often get promoted to department ...

It will likely be touted as an increase on businesses and rich people, but make no mistake, the average consumer will pay.
Businesses don't pay their own taxes. YOU the customer pays business taxes through the money you spend on everyday transactions. whether it's a $.99 McDouble or a $500,000 Ferarri, you are still paying the taxes that business is charged by the federal and state governments. It's just added in as part of ...
Re: WOW!
there had to have been a moment where you wanted someone else to listen in (sup, cowworker, w/e) to share that experience with you to give you some sort of backup on something like that

END OF TEST DRIVE AND CHANGES TO NE2
I got this report from Phonearena.com and this was published on January 31st. This is good material because verizon is giving less on their rebates and getting rid of their 30 return policy. Now we do something better than Verizon. Pass the word on. DOWN WITH BIG RED.
Those who want to take full advantage of the largess at Verizon Wireless need to open an account very soon because huge changes ...
Re: bloody hell....
call everyone that was supposed to tell you the codes (one by one) and ask why they didn't tell you about the change, then set off the alarm while you are still on the phone with them
Re: Economy
which asshats said that?
Re: What I've done before
because 99% of customers or more don't or can't distinguish between dealer/agent and corporate stores. If it has a Verizon or Sprint or ATT sign on the door or above the kiosk, it's a corporate store. they don't know and they don't care .
as far as they are concerned, you have the sign, you can fix the problem

Re: well America,
just because there is an "(R)" next to his name, doesn't make him a conservative or traditional republican. Joe Lieberman's (D) status is only his party affiliation. but if you look at what his voting and especially his support record has been lately, he is definitely more conservative than most, if not all, democrats and several republicans.
Re: Why only cameras with phones attached?
I think he was specifically referring to those that wear skirts that are so short they might as well have a neon sign pointing up there....
and my comment to continue the conver sation on that point.... if you don't want the attention, don't invite the attention

Re: Oh, be quiet
i didn't start posting in this forum to get anyone to like me.
I did it to tell the truth, and that's what I did. Your previous post only confirms it.
Re: well America,
I will agree with you on every point in that post.
but there is a satellite up there that can take a picture of my car when I leave here at 930 tonight and tell where I got my drink from before I left the mall as I'm driving 70 mph (the legal speed limit on the highway here) on a winter's night.
scary, huh?
Re: well America,
married w/ 3kids (one daughter) ... for me it's not the law itself, it's that people expect the government to fix their problems WAYYYYYY to often. if it's a problem with a potholed road, traffic issues or public security (police, fire, etc.), fine call the government.
but don't ask the government to raise your kids right for you, even if you screwed up 25,30 40 years ago and your child is a pervert or is in prison for ...

neocon:(n)1. liberal politician or social activist operating under the self-description of 'Republican' or conservative.
2. A Republican or conservative who has adopted a liberal agenda to promote himself or his career.
well America,
this is what you get when you vote Obama and that many other liberals into th White House and Congress. Don't let or make people take responsibilty for their own actions. blame the availability of consumer goods that make our lives easier.
don't blame the parents for not controlling their kids.
don't blame the kids for not being in control.
Blame the companies and people that make available the products and services you ask ...

a phone might be free up front, but you get that money back over the course of your service contract
Why is vzw more likely to have coverage? I'm just confused overall at your logic, or lack thereof...
They aren't ... not in a situation that would call for the mobile towers...
