Yeah I work at an AT&T corporate store and a gentleman from Canada had an unlocked one. It was really nice. I being both an iPhone and blackberry user and lover am going to find it hard to pick between the two when I leave AT&T as employees we get a work phone and a personal. So that's why I have two.
Sprint reps I need help
Hey I just wanted to know when the sprint unlimited everything is going to expire? I want to get it but im afraid by the time my contract is up it will be gone! Im trying to take advantage of t mobiles new etf proration but I doubt I will be able to. Anyways please let me know anything if possible..

So I called Tmobile customer care ( i am a current customer looking to get out) they told me that I would still have to pay the 200 ETF and that they had no idea about this new proration of etf's.
My contract ends October 22, 2008. I want to hurry up and take advantage of the sprint everything unlimited for 99.99 before it goes away. I think that will be the best plan around for data users as well ...

I know we only have two options 2year or non commitment. 2year would be with a discount on a phone and if you have your own to device to activate with you can go no contract route. I have a jawbone and I love it. I thought the call quality and noise cancellation was much better than the H12. Although the H12 is nice cause it is much smaller and looks sharper. I found both to be very comfortable! the voyager 520 is a nice noise cancelation headset if you on a budget!!!!

I am a bit curious. How long will these promotional deals last! I mean I dont think they will be around for that long. When I see an unlimited plan for voice its usually around 199.99 !!!! ANyways if anyone has a heads up as to how long any of these will last let me know please!
MP3's as ringer
Can this phone set MP3s as ringers? Or do you have to convert them to lets say wav or WMA. I had a nokia 6133 and it wouldnt let you use mp3s but if you converted them to wma it would!
Also does this phone have any type of memory card slot since you can use bluetooth for transfer!

In a reply to this post! METROpcs first off is cdma and offers 1x data speeds! Also metropcs with a pda would be useless since I mean they dont really offer a descent data package! Their web is ok for checking email but thats it! I mean this phone will do well ...

Ya know I agree! But ya know what I honestly feel this is a sweet device especially when compared to the kyocera comparable phones! The qwerty slide out is very nice and it looks like a slim device! To any Tmobile reps, i have questions
Ok my friend has been with Tmobile for 5+ years, has 5 lines, they always have overages, the bills are paid on time every month on month, never had the service disconnected, and has only upgraded once to regular cheapy phones within the 5 years. He called and asked on some sort of promotion price for the pearl and they told him it was $280.

Well on my l7c in the camera setup it says resolution and has 4 options high(1.3MP), medium (640x480) , low (320x240) , and thumbnail (160x120). I am almost certain the the 1.3mp next to high means megapixel! Also on the info page for the l7c it says 1+ megapixel camera. If you have the verizon version then you have vga! I have the metro version and it supposed to have 1.3mp

camera issue
Is anyone having issues with their camera taking super small pics? I put the resolution on 1.3 MP and quality to best and when i sent it to my email the pic came out the size of a thumbnail. When i put the resolution to low the pic came out a tad bigger but it was still tiny! any one have any suggestions?? thanks!

Kyocera Lingo?
Are there any metroPCS reps that would know if the kyocera Lingo is coming to metro. It seems like it might be an update to the strobe, and pretty darn good one too, cause the strobe was decent but this one looks better although the color is not the best! Thanks!

Thanks! The only problem is I am not moving out of the US. The entire US has Tmobile service basically! Anyways I was just wondering if there was some sort of way to get out of a tmobile contract since i remembered hearing something about the increase of text with cingular and that allowed customers to leave contracts without penalties! oh just so you know porting from NEXTEL is always a mission. When i found out what was happening with my port it was NEXTEL that was holding off the number and never sent it. They tell you its not their fault but in the long run its always their fault DArn cell phone companies!
