Question for Sprint Reps
What is the highest loyality discount sprint has. I thought someone told me 20% and when I asked the rep they almost laughed and said never heard of anything about 10%. I told her no thanks. 20% would get them another 2 yrs but not 10.

We have access to a website that allows us to check if a company is elgible to recieve a monthly discount. You can just go into a store and ask if your company recieves a discount or you can just ask me and i will get back to you.Just so you know some discounts offered with sprint might not be offered with nextel and vice versa

The website automatically checks your organization's domain name against the database of employee discounts and it will send you an email to the address that you submit letting you know how to access your discount program.

Loyalty discounts with nextel i have seen once and only once 20% but its usually like 150 credits on the sprint side the highest i have seen for loyalty discounts is 10% or $50 credit. as far as discounts for working for a company someone one already answered that with 39% the highest with nextel and 25% with sprint.

We are talking three different things here...
The employee discount which will never renew your agreement and it depends on where do you work... We can't change it, upgrade it, give you more or less that what it is...
And a customer satisfaction discount...
There are different ones and they change quite offten I haven't worked ther for about 3 months and I'm sure that they changed already...
There are 5%, 10%, 15% and 20%...
Usually they last for 2 years, most of the time you do have to renew your aggreement unless we have a really biiiiiiig problem and it can be void only by a supervisor and on really special cases...
