Hey does anyone know of a way to get out of a contract with Tmobile without having to pay the early termination fee? Thanks!

This is the reason I love T-mobile.... other than Sprint they are the only carrier who will let you out of your contract if you are moving out of their digital area.... So hypothetically speaking.... if you are needing to get out of your contract because you are moving to an area that doesn't have T-Mobile service..... All you have to do is call customer care and tell them this. They will simply ask you to send in a bill to prove you have moved to this address... and wallah... no ETF... I have had to do this when I moved to South Africa for a while.

Got it?

Thanks

Thanks! The only problem is I am not moving out of the US. The entire US has Tmobile service basically! Anyways I was just wondering if there was some sort of way to get out of a tmobile contract since i remembered hearing something about the increase of text with cingular and that allowed customers to leave contracts without penalties! Well if anyone else knows of a way let me know thanks!

You can leave T-Mobile without penalties. Just call them and cancel your service and when they charge you the 200 simply don't pay the bill? Hundreds of wireless customers don't pay their bills and they are happier now.

Of course, your credit rating will go down the toilet....hahahahahahhahaaaa!!!! 😈 😈 🤣

"Move" to Africa. Although they may ask for some sorta lease agreement that you can fax to them.

You know what I mean?
