My 1 year old nephew could prolly be a premiere customer... Just like some of the other people have said, if you want the top of the line toys you have to pay the top of the line price!! If you disagree with it that much spend the extra hundreds of dollars to cancel your line(s) and spend even more money every month/year with Verizon or AT&T. You can whine and piss and moan and groan all you want ...

I ran credit for a guy the other day and he had 2 accounts with us (different SSN's)... he was pissed when i told him that both accounts were in write off and on one he owed $800 and the other he owed $ 1300 and was pissed because he couldnt get a phone that day...

when people threaten to cancel in my store i ask them if they would like it effective today or at the end of their billing cycle... I generally get a "I will have to think about it" comment back... people think Im gonna bend over backwards to get them a new phone that they dropped in the water with out the insurance after the first 30 days...

I have delt with care reps that straight up lie to the customer to get them off the phone. One example is when a care rep called my store to see if I could do an exchange for a customer. I told him that we were out of the color that the customer wanted. He sent them to the store any ways. The care rep told the customer that she could exchange to a different color on that day, ...
