Fun call
Cust: I done got dis thang from A and T and T dat say I can get a free phone.
Me: Yes, we have free phones available with a new 2 year contract.
Cust: Let me axe you somethin. Wut it mean that I gots to do a contract?
Me: The phone is free or in some cases discounted with the understanding that you'll have service with us for 2 years.
Cust: No, no, no, no, no, dis say dat I get the phone for free.
***Insert 20 minutes of explaining the cell phone industry in a way that a 4 year old would understand.
Cust: I'm gonna sue you for false advertising, you gonna be fired.

No. They think any bad stuff dosen't/won't apply to them. Plus "The Man" or "Big Bid'ness" is out to screw them. Because they never do anything wrong. Who cares if I signed anything. It is some one else' fault
