Ten Keys to Being Happy with your Service Provider

1. Check your bill EVERY month and make sure you understand every single charge on it, even if it doesn't change month to month.

2. Understand that YOU are responsible for keeping track of your usage (voice, internet, texting, etc). Your provider is not going to hold your hand when it gives you many options to do it yourself.

3. If you have a problem with your phone, do NOT call for support while talking on it! Make sure you have a way to get on a different phone, even a pay phone (calling 1800-xxx-xxxx is free on pay phones).

4. When on the phone with a rep, act professional when they are trying to help you. They are people too. The nicer you are, the more willing they are to help you and the easier it is to help. Do not rant ...

OMG,

1) The account rep I talk to is acting as my advocate and I expect communication at that level not a dressing down because I did not read the terms and conditions that are posted in a .pdf somewhere. Respect is mutual, time to earn my respect Sprint.
2) Sprint has great coverage, good phones and about the best price packages around but the worst customer service ever. Sorry but it is not only me, never before have I mentioned another carriers name and had people blast me a new one like with Sprint. The memory of bad quality customer service lasts longer than gains in price or network quality.
3) Sprint sucks
4} Yeap still pretty much sucks
5) Oh how about that Prorate fee, yeap it sucks especially after I was told my contract was...

not saying that sprint customer service doesn't suck, but if you're so unhappy with them, leave.

When I said "wait it out", i said wait out your contract. Just suck it up.

also, the reps are people. they respect you as a customer and you should respect them. You catch more bees with hunny than vinager.

holy crap gabriel!!! QUIT BITCHING!!! YOU SOUND LIKE MY MOTHER IN LAW!!!! If you are sooooooo damn un happy with sprint... cancel and pay the early term fee and go with somebody else... if you dont want to or cant afford 🤣 the term fee, take gothicseraph's advice and wait... until then SHUT UP!!!
