5600 in any stores yet, and will COSTCO carry it?

is the 5600 in any stores yet...i know at my sprint store they don't have it yet but sometimes other stores get them a little earlier than others...anybody knows any store even if its a best buy let me know...i can't wait!!!! and does anybody know if Costco will get the 5600 because i'd rather wait and get it there because of the bundle pack and most important the LIFETIME WARRANTY!!! i broke my phone in two pieces one time and i had everything that came with it and the reciept and they gave me a full CASH refund...alot of people think im crazy when i tell them that but it is true, once in a while a costco will give you a hard time (yorba linda, CA costco) but then just go to another costco and there should be no problem

A little help please

Hi Guys.
Im going to leave verizon and get this phone when available in the store. I have looked at the plans and decided to go with their area-wide 1000 miniutes for 45bucks. I live in Seattle, Wa and I heard a few complaints about people having problems with Sprint and when their phone breaks on them. The advice that Im seaking is about Sprints phone insurance and the best way to protect my new investment.Any any other advice that might benieft me the basic customer with little knowledge of what Sprint will offer me.

thanks guys! I could use all the help I can get. 🙂

Does the 5600 have a built in Flashlight like the 8200?

I know Mr. Box you carry a separate flashlight with you along with your camcorder and other electronic items. This feature however is important to me.

I HAVE THE SANYO MM-5600

I have had it for about 3 hours now. So its seems to be a much better phone than the VM-7400. The screen for one is amazing. Very Bright and nice to look at.The phone comes with a USB adapter ( to use as a mass storage device with pc and to also directly connect to a printer), it comes with a set of headphones ( for the mp3 player, which can also be used as head set. Believe me when i say this it sounds real good because unlike a conventional head set the sound is going into both ears and not just one). The MP3 player is real nice. THe sound that this little phone produces is amazing, sounds much better that a nextel, and is just as loud. Nextel phones with real Voice ringtones sound like there is no kind of equilizer in them , just a whole ...

my initial focus

my initial focus in purchasing the 5600 was the mp3 player. the camera and camcorder functions have been upgraded since the 5500 and the 7400, and overall it is a really solid phone. i've been playing with data transfer for about 20 min. and i havent figured out if it can play mp3's for ringers yet ?? if anyone has the word on that please let me know, cause that was one of my biggest hopes for the damn phone.

Rebate Secrets

Just for those of you who have questions about rebates, here is some not advertised info.

1) you most keep the phone active on the acct for at least thirty days to be eligible.

2) yes that means they don't even process it until after that, if you actually check earlier than that you will be told your not eligible.

3) yes, you do have to sign a new contract, you get one amount for a 1 yr and the full $150 for a 2 yr agreement.

Hope this helps answer some questions, I know some people will have more.

Ok...I've had the 5600 for about 24 hours now and here is my initial review...

Well I have played with this thing for about 20 of the past 24 hours 🤣 and here goes...

Pros...The picture capabilities are incredible. The video quality could be better but it's great for a phone...probably one of the best in the industry. The front and outside screens are extremely clear! Text messaging is VERY easy and it's easy to send pictures & videos. I like the strobe light feature. The phone is clear and you can hear very well. I like the cartoons and other little things that the phone has. I love the ability to save pics and videos to the card and then put the card in a card reader (connected to the computer) so you can up load the pics and send them to who ever w/o using the vision plan.

Cons...My last phone was a S...

Sounds like...

I should wait for the LG mm-535, Sanyo a-800 or the lg mm-545. I'd rather spend the money on a phone that looks different than what everybody else has, and I at least have a shot at having better looking pictures with one of those.

Technology?!

So, yeah. The MM5600 is still not yet out in stores. This is odd to me, since It's been a prospect phone since like what, September? So it will be out in a week or so, and the Samsung mm-a800 will be out weeks after that. Now the A800 will have better resolution and pretty samsung stuff. Ans a better camera... Why is everyone going apeshit over the 5600.. I was too, I'm not poking fun at you guys, It's just that im just about sick of thinking that I'm about to Spend my money on a phone that has a great chance of being obsolete (in my book at least, especially if theres something better out there) in a few weeks. Oh and yes, I am going to ask..

CAN SOMEONE SEND THE ME THE A800 pictures. HAHA.. annoying I know.. But im curious. Live...
