I have been waiting for this phone for months now and im getting very frustrated. I recently bought the mpx220 and returned it for this phone, now im stuck with my two year old phone and there is no sign of this phone being released anytime soon. ARRRRGHHHHHHH. WHOS PISSED OFF WITH ME, 😈 WTF

I know we're all waiting for this phone, so I did some good by posting the "Just Wondering" thread to hopefully get people's minds off the phone, false claims, and the anxiety of it not being out yet and it seemed to work, so I'm taking another stab at it...

What is your favorite show of all time and why?

I would have to say mine was Beavis and Butthead. The reason being overall is that there was no limitations to their stupidity. Those guys would do anything without giving it a second thought, and regardless of how stupid or how bad it was, they never knew. It's not that they didn't care, they just didn't know.

Beavis was always hilarious in his sugar high mode as Cornholio. And Butthead would usually end up smacking him to set...

Here's my problem, I have a Sony Ericsson T637 that I've had for over a month now. I bought through Cingular.com. It started yesterday, my phone doesn't ring when someone calls, if I go into my Sounds folder and try playing my ringtones, they will not play. All this gets fixed though every time I power cycle my phone.

How can I get this fixed? Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks in advance!!

this was just one of many links to websites that i enjoy. thats all.... kinda liek the mobile one about booty that i posted. just sharing the fun. thats all, the hand out on the media works does not show how much mb will be included how much is lost? the paper hand out still shows 1500 text but only a 100 mms and still unl mb internet. doe sany one know?

Is it me......or does the cingular site take a long time to load tonight?

I have 4 hours till my cingular store closes..This is what i want..the s710a... and the media works package...Get a loaner phone today and change if the sony comes out in 30 days...or wait it out...will i still get my data plan i like.

I am going to smash a Virgin phone(prbably the party animal as it is the cheapest) in sacrifice to the phone gods. Maybe they will hear my pleas and grant us our phone! 😈

i called up my cingular in novi michigan and was told both the s710a and a630 both will be out in a few weeks.. this is something we all know already just thought i would let u all know we are all getting the same info here finally..

just wait. i hav no fight in me no more. iam not planning on raiding the sony ericson building.(mayby a pantyraid a girls dorm rooms) no more plans on anything- i will just wait untill this phone comes out. i will just wait untill the phone comes out and hop i still can get atleast 100.00 for my v400 its only a month old recived it brandnew form a claime. from a lost v400. how much do ya think i could get out of it. 499.99 is nto a bad price - i mean we get a 30% discount ofthe full retail price.. but i hav come to learn to live with delay- i will not cave in.

2. I won this phone in a contest for cingular does anybody know when the winners are receiving their phone

im trying to get rid of my p900 and my pocketpc phone for that mpx or this phone ....

only thing mpx lacks actualy 2 is the 200mhz processor and the mpx doesnt have edge ☹️

Yo, I am paying like $250 a month in wireless for one phone on ATT....I love the service, but I have to migrate to Cingular since they merged, cuz it will save me $100+ and I get more.
However, I am waiting for S710A, but skeptical about SE brand. with this being my first.

I am thinking of getting a SE phone on a trial basis to see how well I like SE brand before I spend money for S710A.
I am debating between the z500 or the t637....I need bluetooth and speakerphone, but both phones don't have both of these features, either one or the other, so I am willing to sacrifice one or the other for now, until I get ready to buy the S710A.

Which one should I get z500 or t637????

I know that there are going to be many who are skeptical when I say that I work for Cingular & have access to the February price sheet that just came out today for the Carolinas market, but here goes...

$399.99 w/ 2yr contract
$449.99 w/ 1yr contract
$499.99 w/ no contract

This sheet lists prices for 2/1 to 2/13, & indicates that the s710 is not currently available (usually this means that it will be available on the next price sheet, so that means it will be out late Feb).

Maybe somebody could answer this for me because anything forum outside of this one is a bunch of arrogant, self indulged assholes, at least from what I've seen.

My question is, what's the difference between the different classes of GPRS. I've seen class 10. Or 4+2 slots, that sort of weird stuff.

And does EDGE have different classes as well? If so, what do they mean?

I noticed that the S710a only has EDGE, no GPRS. So if it's true that Cingular charges for EDGE, then that would mean unless you pay for the EDGE, you have no internet.

Therefore, that leads me to only believe that there is no charge for EDGE. Cingular would not be that stingy. That's like a Verizon Wireless move.
