ok 2 things.

pandora came out for the storm and i think its great, i got rid of slacker. im new to pandora, but must say im impressed, and its free.

next it the otter box case. at $50, its not cheap but i love the case. if you take off the clear plastic screen cover the case is just about perfect. not too heavy, feels good in the hands, and extremely durable. if your worried about the screen use a screen protector. the plastic was messing up the typing.

I took the plunge and installed bbcrackman's V3.5. I'll report on it later.

Surprisingly, the guys on crackberry and blackberryos have made upgrading your OS amazing. Basically have brought it down to the "loading an OS on your blackberry Storm for dummies" level. They created a installer, so no more copy/paste.

I have my fingers crossed.

Anyone know how to set up voice dailing? Is that something I need to do through the phone or through my bluetooth headset? Or both? Help this moron someone pllleeease lol

Does anyone know how to get the video controls (play, pause, stop) etc. to come up when viewing a video? I can't seem to get this to work!

ok. so i have the storm. and i love it. but i'm starting to get a little tired of the .75 OS. i know i know i could always upgrade to .113 or something of that nature but truth it....i enjoy me warranty. lol. and if verizon tossed them out then i'm sure not going to trust them myself. but what is up with version .122 just being officially released for the 9530 on the Bell network? WTF! 😡 either bell has low standards and verizon cares about their customers, or VZW is gettin a little too picky. all i'm asking for is something OFFICIALLY from Verizon so i can navigate a little quicker. so with that said, i'll close with this: VZW, please don't be so picky. 🙂

I have two phones (and numbers) for Verizon that I carry around. I want to have them both on the Storm. Is this possible? Reading crackberry's forums, I saw you have the option for a 2nd line. If possible, how do you set this up?

yeah i know it sounds crazy and no I am not typing this from a padded cell. I have had my Storm for about 6 months and about every 3 weeks my Storm makes an occassional "harp sound". I don't know anyother way to describe it. it sounds like an alert but I have no apps running in the background and no new Messages/emails.

Anyone else experience this or know what it is? Again, it only happens once a month tops and when I say once I mean several times in one day a month.

Has anyone else had a problem with their Storm getting a split screen? It happened both vertical and sideways. The only way to stop it was to reset the phone.

I recently did the upgrade to .114 and now whenever I try to use the number pad during a call such as to dial an extension it shows the sure type and will NOT show me numbers????

Any suggestions on how to fix this problem. It is really difficult to dial extensions now I have to wait until the operator picks up.

I just read where Verizon will soon release their new official version firmware update to the Blackberry Storm .113. Can anyone verify this?

can the storm be unlocked to be used on any gsm carrier. such as t-mobile cause that would be amaaaazing 🤤

I am thinking about a new storm. Is it possible to change and add themes to this phone yet O.T.A ??

If anyone is looking for a cool program, Slacker is a good program for music. Their newest program now supports bluetooth, which is great, because I was to play the music through my car's bluetooth system.

One of my friends has the iphone and he said that he can now stream Sirius XM. I really have no desire to get the iphone, but would love the satellite radio option. Anyone know if this will ever be available on the BB Storm? I really appreciate any info. I tried doing a search in the forum and didn't see anything.

does anyone know how to get free tethering with Verizon . if so can you provide me step by step directions.
