i'm not sure i want to believe this one. where did you read it at? crackberry? you know how their writers are. are they ever serious about anything? did we forget what day it is? idk i guess i'm just hoping that they are in fact kidding. i mean...why would they discontinue the storm but they left the pearl out there? PEARL SUCKS!! so lets just all hope that this is just a cruel cruel joke. 😕

This one got me big time when I checked the site this morning. I didn't want to believe it...I was in total shock when I read it...I'm thinking "is this possible?", "did RIM succumb to the forces that don't want this phone to succeed?"

If this phone were to be discontinued, which it is not, it will be kind of a revelation! At least Verizon would have done SOMETHING! The silence is deafening concerning the freakin update. With all the problems, the phone is still a challenge and it is fun!
Those Crackberry pages are filled with April fools indignation. There's too much invested in the Storm, and if past inaction is any indication, expect it to be around at least for that next update... 😉

haha you and me both. me and my manager argue back and forth all the time about the storm and the curve. i have the storm she has the curve. so i argue that mine is better and vice versa. so when i saw that, the first thing i thought was "crap...she may have been right." they almost cost me a heartatack. whew
