Don't waste your time unlocking this phone to use for Cingular. Two main reasons, in a lot of areas Cingular uses GSM 850 and this phone does not support it, so you won't be able to use the phone. Also, the main reason to get this phone is the internet options, which will not work with Cingular even if unlocked.

Well you have 2 options. You can go to www.tmobile.com and purchase from their to go plan at a cost around 279.00 after rebates, 329.00 total cost before rebates, or you can be smart like me and buy one off of ebay. I got mine for 200.00 and I love it. Some ebay sellers will ship internationally, so you can get yrs without coming to america! Hope this helps. :)
