Clarification: Unlimited Access Pack - Website Update Recently, an error regarding the $119.99 Unlimited Access Pack existed on the Sprint Unlimited Access website ( www.sprintunlimitedaccess.com/ ). Originally the site did not have the claim under the "Find A Store” button that the Unlimited Access Pack was ONLY available in certain markets. The site is now fixed, and only shows the five markets for which the offer is available. The participating markets are: SF Bay Area Upper Central California Philadelphia Minneapolis Tampa NOTE: There are several external sites, including phonescoop.com , phonenews.com , and engadgetmobile.com that may also have the same error. Re: upgrade policy
by crackberry    Feb 9, 2008, 3:25 PM

it's not fraud. it's a 'fee'. if you don't like it, don't upgrade. just buy your phone from another source. when you can either become a ceo and change company policy or start your own company, don't complain about a fee. *side note... there is a lot of content created for different phones. money for that has to come from somewhere. also, when you download soemthing, the 'system' needs to know what platform ect. of all the things wireless companies do, they need money to do it with.
