One side note for you Rain413
I have a very large (very very large) customer base at my agency that will NOT step foot in a corporate store because in there words "its busy, and the employees act to arrogant." That is straight from the customers mouth.
I personally have nothing against most corporate employees, I talk to many of them on a personal basis all the time. Actually the main corporate store here refers people to my location constantly because I have the biggest selection of used/pre-owned phones around this metro area.
As for the payment issue, most customers pay there bill either through the IVR on the phone, through customer service, or the old fashion check in the mail method. Only a small percentage actually go in a store with cash. If everyone paid cash in a store, no one would have time to do anything else in the store, they would all be taken payments all day.

the last part of your post [Note:...] that's what I was saying. On our business cards it has AT&T Mobility because that is the legal name of the compnay. the brochures do not have it because there is no need to seperate at&t and it's divisions. really. i know what i'm talking about. i know what you read, and that pertains to advertising and verbal reference. on legal statements it will have mobility.
If you'll check the original post, i was referring to what the website url would be. I was simply posting that information to back up my claim that since at&t didn't want at&t mobility in their advertising, then more than likely the website wouldn't be at&t mobility. What people have on their business cards and so forth, I don't really care about.
