OK maybe that was a bit over dramatic, but it was 229 less 50 dollar rebate making it 179.95.
Now it is 199.95 minus the 50 dollar rebate.
New price = 149.95

Well listen to this....I bought the phone Friday also and was able to wrangle a 30 dollar credit to my bill out of the rep but she told me that I was not entitled to a price adjustment but was doing it as a one time courtesy. 🤨
I was very nice and accepted the money either way but my alternative was to return the phone and then re-buy it and would have attempted that if she insisted.
Honestly, i think she did it out of laziness or stupidity - I'm not sure.

I received a refund for the difference from the Verizon store manager. My understanding is there is some sort of vague price protection. Thank You for posting the price reduction. 🙂
