Good experience with Customer Service
When I logged into my account it showed that I was eligible for an upgrade, but every time I went to a Cingular corporate store, they would tell me I wasn't eligible. So I called customer service, explained my situtation, and problem solved. The rep made a note in my account allowing me the upgrade through the store. Good job!
Some of you are wondering why I just didn't order it online, well I just didn't want to wait for it in the mail and there is a cingular store about 2 blocks from my house so it was just easier.
