Actually, that tells you "jack". Over half of the companies I've worked for had less than twenty people. I guess that you've never had to clean up the mess made when someone hijacs a prepaid account. And the truth is, we have no real idea what the "tone" of the conversation really was. Unlike you, I don't have the ability to magically "know" things with such limited information.

Sorry, my friend, but here at Cingular directors and VPs (and higher) listen to calls every week. So I guess that in your world they are constantly surprised by how the company actually works. Wow. Talk about blinders.
Yes, the policy in a company if often DOCUMENTED by middle management. Heck, I can name a manfacturing company which still uses stuff I wrote over ten years ago when I was a QA Manager. But even a small child isn't surprised if that document is REVIEWED by higher management before it can be published.
My "point" was that there may have a different view that a narrow-minded, johnny-one-note, know-it-all "expert" can see. Sorry if that bothers you.

You should probably use uTorrent (Micro Torrent)
http://www.utorrent.com/download.php to download Bit Torrent files. 8)
It is a really good Torrent Program because you can use the standalone version and not have to install the program on your computer.
