So today I get a phone call from a CS Rep. She has called in stating that when she brought the loaner phone back to us, we used the phone to make phone calls on her account....Note: her account had been suspended for nonpayment of a bill totalling $981.xx, which is why she brought the phone back) Her service was disconnected back in like August and she didn't return the loaner to us until early September! This little b**** is tryin to get off of her bill by saying that we used OUR loaner phone, on a suspended account, to rack up minutes ON her suspended account. What a f'n b! I can't wait till she comes in again, I'm lookin forward to looking her dead in the eye and telling her to get the hell out of my store! And if she doesn't leave, I'll call the cops right then and there. I can't wait!!!!! I hope she comes back!!!!!!!

1- Insert your miniSD card in your vx8100 to format the card. 8O it will create some folders: MY_PIX, MY_FLIX, MY_Music, MY_Sounds and MY_MP3
Not sure about the lock code, /;| you could try the last 4 of your phone number... if that doesn't work, try four 0's.
2. your 8100 will play .mp3 AND .wma, first...
you need to enable MP3 playback on your phone :roll: by pressing "OK" then "0" and a prompt will ask you for the service code. :paranoid:
enter "000000" and you get into the services menu.
Scroll down to "11. music setting" (or simply press up once on the pad) and hit "OK".
select "mp3 enable" then hit "end" and you should be back at your home screen.
The easiest way to add songs is to use your card reader and drop the mp3's into the MY_mp3 folder using your PC.
Yes WMP10 will "sync" with your 8100 if you have the data cable and the correct drivers installed on your computer. :oops:
with the phone plugged in and WMP10 open and on the "sync" window, you select the "sync music" feature on your 8100 -> Get tunes and tones -> "6. Sync Music"
This will convert your mp3's to .wma's and put them onto the phone.
Note-> the .wma's go into the "MY_MUSIC" folder on the card and are played using the V-cast music player. :paranoid:

side note: the reason some games won't run on the v.07 handsets is because v.07 takes up more of the internal memory than v.04 ...
