I had a call from a guy today...

name was 'John Raper'. ๐Ÿ˜ณ


yesterday I got a call from
'Somsong Chompoobutr'
for some reason my eyes zone-in on 'poobut' ๐Ÿคฃ

Why has every stupid customer I have talked to taken forever? Do they not realize that talk time matters. It's not just one person today, it's been every single person! Why do people think we will know the answer to everything, even stuff completely unrelated to what we do????

Please stop...

...bringing me stolen phones trying to get me to activate them, customers. Seriously. I get suspicious anytime someone comes up with a phone and doesn't really give me a straight answer about whether or not they have service currently or not. Or they say they don't but I can see texts have come in to the phone recently.

So then I check to see if I can activate it. And they give me a weird look and leave in a hurry when I say I can't activate it because it comes up as stolen or fraudulent. No one's gotten mad at me about that yet, but it's only a matter of time.

Ordinarily, I wouldn't take the time out of my day

to express my hatred for ignorant fools who visit my store. I won't even explain the story, because we likely have all had similar experiences as employees of the wireless industry.

What angers me is the arrogance of some ignorant customers. It's one thing to act foolishly by acting as if you know more than you do, but it's an entirely different thing to act as if you know more than I do about the industry I work in. How dare you, you conceited, disgusting woman.

Sure, PS passes an hour or so here and there... but for the rest of the gruelling day?

Lately for me I've been reading books on kindle... and now I've downloaded the restaurant city app. ๐Ÿ‘€ I know I'm a dork, but it gives me something to do ๐Ÿ˜Ž

Dear Sprint Customer Care Reps

Please use your brains and look on sprint.com to find out answers about deals on phones, if phones are available, or if we have certain accessories. If you don't see it on there...WE DO NOT HAVE IT IN TELESALES!

I'm so tired of answering your questions when you have the resources to do so. Instead of using your brain you ruin my conversion by talking to me for 35 secs when I don't need to be answering your question.

I spend my day answering our customers questions, why would you think that I would want to answer yours?

SNOW DAY!!!

--for everyone but me!

My store opens at 10. Because I don't drive, I carpooled in at 8. Our parking lot still isn't plowed, and my manager has called out. The other 2 employees live too far out to come in, so I'm stuck here to deal with the idiots who need to buy cell phones when there's 4 inches of snow (so far) all by myself. Oh, what a joyous day it will be! ๐Ÿ˜ก

Awesome customer dancing in the mall!!!

I posted a video of a guy getting arrested a little while ago and I have some new and great footage for you now!

We all have odd customers, THIS GUY is weird and awesome at the same time! He comes around and just randomly dances throughout the mall!

Why do people hate on US cellular?

I know our smartphones arent fully up to par with nationwide carriors but we do have the best service in the midwest and partner up with verizon for nationwide coverage...whats the use in having a great phone if it doesnt always work?

Saturdays are Slow...

All of the training teams are just sitting around, getting paid to do nothing... This is when I need a position that has lots of paperwork to do or something, because this is boring. Worse yet, forgot my notebook, and can't create stuff to do...

I'm relying on you Shop Talk, until they need people back on the phones.
