Account services for Sprint.

When you order a customer an Airave..What do you tell them regarding time-frame of expectancy? I'd love to see your answers.

Anyone heard of a company named ECM?

They are a vendor for Sprint that well..doesn't assist with anything and tends to just lie to the customers on what they are doing.

If you work for this company..please quit. They are worthless, nothing but untrained people providing VERY incorrect information. Which in turn causes nothing but issues when the customer talks to another agent because what they said can be done, actually can't. If only these idiots would read their M&P's. ๐Ÿ‘ฟ

Oh yeah, because customers are inconsiderate assholes that come in at 7:59 when we close at eight, to do nothing but waste my time. Even if it is a sale our systems "Shut down" at 7:50.

**** you, Mr. customer. I do have better things to do than listen to you drone. like go to bed so I can be up at four tomorrow.

๐Ÿ˜ณ We are averaging 3 to maybe 4 calls an hour with reduced staff.

Total waste to be here. But we do get paid our wages for the day plus 8 hours holiday.

Not allowed to use fireworks indoors. Pity

I've been thinking about a store rep position

But right now, as a call center rep, I'm making 11.50 an hour on a full time schedule, so I can't help seeing it as a pay cut.

However, stores get paid commission, which I don't get.

Thoughts?

I get to say doody all day at work

I read legaleze on all calls and say duty, which sounds like doody-snicker

I also pronounce samsung focus as samsung f--- us

Customer: I want the Galaxy
Me: $169 with upgrade
Customer: Well, at the phone place, it's $149 after $50 rebate.
Me: that's AFTER rebate.
Customer: well, I'm not concerned about $.
Me: then why not get it here?
Customer: I'm just gonna go there.




If he's got all this $$$, $20 shouldn't matter. Agree or disagree?

Types of call center employees

Since the thread about customers and the variety of same was/is so popular, how about your favorite type of call center employee.

Mine would be those who are so obese they are actually disfigured and no longer resemble what could be recognized as human species.

This are not just the fat, these folks are bordering on being an A&E special about bed ridden people. We have four at our call center. Two are a married couple both under 6 feet and combined weight has easily got to be over 900 lbs. both can BARELY WALK, (if wobbling r e a l s l o w l y can be considered walking) they have small fans at their desks because sitting upright and speaking takes so much energy! The other two are single individuals.

One is a chick that is literally...

As an example on my last call my cx told me her name was carmen sandiego and it took everything i had no to say "HOLY BALLS YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW LONG IVE BEEN LOOKING FOR YOU!"

I want to share some critical information in regards to Sprint. In April, Sprint decided to renegotiate its
current contract with all its partners including ACS. Sprints overall objective is to reduce its costs, so as a
leader in meeting our client needs will provide a discount. For the past 2 months, we have been
working with Sprint on a new contract, which will go into effect July 1, 2011. (We are all about to be excited that we at least are protected by min wage.)

Started dropping the F-bomb left and right.
Said if I can't pull his wife's account up "you and me are gonna have a big problem"

Calling about his wife's acct.
He gives me her name: Carmen Alice Vega

I try pulling it up, nothing.
I verify the name, he says
"NO I F***ING SAID ALICE CARMEN VEGA"
(The order of the name does make a difference, sir). I tried that, and nothing.

So after trying every combination of her name since he cannot recall the account number, I try HIS name. Again, nothing.

I am sure the account in question is with a different company at this time.

So, he starts threatening his lawyer on me, and after about the sixth time I warn him to stop swearing, I tell him ok, I'm disco...

Funny Notes on Accounts

Assuming most of you have a system like mine, you can put notes onto a customers account. I come across quite a few that are pretty funny I thought I'd post one.

"issued new sim imei xxxx ...sub was rude and angry this wasn't done over the phone....advised sub that we cannot issue equipment over the phone"

Anyone else have any good ones?
