To everyone who rumored that the Zombie Apocalypse would occur in December of 2012, you were wrong. Sorry to crush your theories. The actual date of said Zombie Apocalypse is today, October 14th of 2011. Apple Zombies. Grab your android app shotguns and find the nearest underground basement to hide out in. This ain't pretty. The infected have already leaked into my building. I thought that the people I worked with, AT LEAST, would be immune to this virus....but apparently that was too much to hope for!!!

Someone call about the IPhone 4S (which we have none of currently).
When informed of such, he told me: "That's ok, you guys will be releasing the IPhone 5 soon anyway, so I'll just wait to set up service until then. I'll just go without a phone in the meanwhile"

Proof guys are smarter
On the phone helping a female logging into her online account, going on about an hour long call. She can't figure it out, gets her husband on the phone, we talk for about 5 min and Im able to walk him through the whole process.

this is a very serious question about work. [ yeah this is really serious.]
when is the bset time for someone to resign? i'm thinking of resigning for a better job, but everyone in the management's scaring the heck out of most of us that it's gonna take a while to release the approval papers, or transition to a new job and workplace, etc etc.
BTW i work for customer care with sprint. 4 1/2 years. and it's getting sicking everyday.
