slowly becoming the sprint forum i see... i got one thing to add..

I fail to see ma'am/sir how sprint is a bad company because you fail to pay your bills.

I just got called the worse thing any woman can be called. This lady came in because she's got a phone not working right, and we started discussing phone options for her. She then brings up that she doesn't think she's ever been billed correctly for her service. I bring up her account, see that she's paying about $80 after taxes for the $69.99 family share..with 2 lines which is about right. She was insisting that she was told that the add a line she did was only going to cost her $9.99 per month on top of her old $34.99 plan. I tell her we can move her to the customer loyalty plan, which is a savings of $10 per month, yada yada yada. Apparantly what I told her I could do wasn't good enough because in her eyes she was "Taken" at the ge...

Seems like every other call is hanging up on me and then rest just want some help with fixing there phone. SO THEY CALL OUR SALES TEAM TO TRY TO GET US TO FIX THERE PHONE. Make sense? didn't think so.

I say - YOUVE CALLED A SALES DEPARTMENT. IF YOU'D LIKE SUPPORT WITH YOUR PHONE OR FEATURES: CALL TECH SUPPORT.

Anyways... A little bit of time inbetween calls. I'm insanely bored.

Buy Out

So, they called our entire company, managers and all sales reps onto a conf. call this morning. Our company has sold out. They had the new head guys from the new company on the call, and they kept trying to reassure us that nothing negative was going to come from this, that it is goign to be an all things positive transition.

so i'm a lil disapointed, nobodies had any realy, realy good rants lately. and i'm really lookin forward to antoher online-with-vzw episode. c'mon people, does anybody want to argue about who's carrier is better or wether corporate/agent sucks more? tell ya what, lets get a debate going. which carrier has the best commerials out right now?

I Want This Coverage

I went on Alltel's website and viewed their coverage map. WOW! How the hell did they get the best coverage of any carrier? They must have roaming agreements with every carrier out there. It looks like 98% of the continental US is covered. However, when I put my zip code in, they said they do not have service in my area. What a rip!

Blackberry Pearl Question

I just got the BB Pearl, however when I try to bluetooth my photos from my krazr i receive a message saying that my bb pearl is not supported. Does anyone have any ideas of why it will not transder? Thanks in advance!

M-It would be the full retail value on one, however we could replace for free with the same type just by (interrupts again)

C-Thats bullsh!t, your telling me I have to pay $400.00 for a phone?

M-No sir, you can get a new phone for free but it has to be the same kind you have now.

Weird Call

Working at a retail location, we hardly ever receive calls. Usually, people just want ot know our hours or if we have a specific phone or accessory. This morning, we had a voice mail waiting for us.

C: This is Jane Customer. My number is 555-555-1234. I need to report a phone lost.

I was unable to call her back right away because pretty busy changing prices (new promos) and dealing with customers. All I could've told her was to call customer care anyways.

Just before lunch, she called and explained the situation.

C: I have three phones with you. I had two with Cell One and I got the other after AT&T took over. My daughter's phone has been lost and the other two need repaired. I spoke with one of your representatives and they told...

Our savior is a sprint customer

I dont know what it is but i must attract the crazy calls. I had this guy call up and needed to change his price plan, we get that taken care of and when i ask if theres anything else i can help with he says: I am the lord Jesus Christ. Worship me and you shall live forever.
What i find funny is that Mr Christ has had 5 NSF payments in the past 12 months. I guess that nobody is perfect. ๐Ÿคจ

Loyalty to our customers (A memoir)

Now I have had a bad atttitude for a while but my attitude recently changed for the better by calling my cable company. Here's what happened. My dad has been a customer of the cable company through mergers and aquisitions for 23 years. We were going to switch to Dish because it was cheaper. Not a threat. Not because we didnt like cable. It was just plain cheaper. We called the company and they bent over backwards to get us what we needed. Not because we were leaving but because they realized that without us (customers) they wouldnt have jobs. I know that

A customer wants to know why they are getting charged...

international calling to call Canada. I told them that Canada is NOT apart of the US. Then told me I am wrong. I told them to just call customer service (sorry). I think I am going to bang my head against the wall for a min.

c - (produces a sanyo 8400 - for non sprint reps... that phone is about eight months old)

m - yeah your fine...

My kiosk doesn't sell accessories. You'd think it's the end of the world.

C - Customer, already angry and red-faced before we even spoke.

C - I need to get a car charger for this phone...

M - We don't carry accessories here.

The American Mobile Phone Market is so out of wack it is unbelievable.

People from anywhere in the world look at the American Mobile Phone user like a bunch of idiots.

There is no sense in leading the consumer into a general lie about phone prices. 40.00 for a 400 dollar phone and the customer wants to bitch because it is not free...

The American Mobile Phone User doesn't get it until they run into an informed sales person who breaks down the FACTS.

I DONT CARE... THE COMPANY DOSNT CARE !!!!

I cant stand it when someone comes into the store all ๐Ÿ‘ฟ "pissed" becouse they lost , or dropped it or just the damn battery dosnt work anymore on there and phone and i ๐Ÿ™‚ look at there account and there under contract and have NO INSURANC . Now i OWE them a phone becouse they have been with our service for so many years....NO I DONT , AND GUESS WHAT..THE COMPANY DOSNT EITHER... AND GET SOME DAMN INSURANCE...


DAMN..i feel better... ๐Ÿ˜ ...anyone else have this everday occurrence?
