I think there should be a forum channel specifically set for carrier bashing. I used to actually enjoy coming onto phonescoop to look at news and see if anyone needed help or make a review of a phone I just purchased. It seems in the past couple of months its gotten so bad with the carrier bashing I have lost interest in this site. I suggest a forum channel just for carrier bashing and keep it out of carrier specific forums.

Would it be possible to put a little box at the top of the forum your currently in that says the date and time of the last post made in that forum.

Also when you are in a thread, the same thing for that specific thread.

Would this be possible? It might make it easier to track when someone posts something new if your browser history is clear and you don't want to sift through a million responses in a certain thread.

I know something similar is listed on the main forum's page, but it would be nice to have it listed deeper in each forum and thread.

I do not see any forums for Unicel or Rural Cellular Corporation.

What gives?

Does this phone come with a memory card at all? Or must we buy one? The users guide says nothing about it being an option. It describes it as though it is a standard feature. We've tried following all the instructions for USB connection to our PC, but the PC cannot access the memory on the phone at all. We downloaded a new driver, and now the PC thinks the phone is a modem.

All we want to do is download the photos to a jumpdrive on the PC. Any hints?

I thought T Mobile had less customers than Sprint.

For some reason when you post a grid copy paste into the message field, it doesn't come up accurately when you submit it. I've tried taking out the double spaces, which I noticed it corrected and replaced them with periods. It still didn't work. Is there a difference in font from the typed message to the posted one? If so, could you adjust them to be the same? It's not that I post grids often, but it can be handy when trying to show comparisons.

Suggestion: add cellular modems (pc-card, usb, expresscard) to the list of devices you cover on your website.

This would certainly add to the traffic to your website.

Did you ever consider offering a premium membership like sprintusers, hofo etc...offering added benefits like larger avatar, special forums, etc etc?

Often, I will find people on the forums referencing particular phones that they have had good experiences with.

I'll use the "jump to phone" feature and check them out, but more often than not the phone is not the type (GSM or CDMA) that I am looking for.

At these times, more often than not, I am interested to see if there is a similar type of phone available of the type I'm interested in - but don't know where to start.

I would find it helpful to have a link on the spec page of a phone that would link to phones of a similar style that are not necessarily the same type.

Just a thought I thought I'd pass on.

Nothing has changed. the editors still favor Ray, except now they are issuing warnings out to everyone like crazy. I just got warned for referring someone as a nitwit. 4 years ago I was called worse and those people were never warned.

Rich Brome's site is still the same crap shoot it was four years ago. Which is an accurate reflection of the wireless industry as well. (I am a former ATTWS employee.)

The xv6800 should have its own picture and desciption. It looks nothing like the Mogul which i like but I'm with verizon. The xv6800 looks and feels cheap unlike the Mogul
