Sprint screwing an Employee ?

I currently work for Sprint Corp and have for the past 2 years. I have always been full-time, and a great employee, I have the highest ranking Csat in my district, for those that don't know what it is that's a customer satisfaction survey they do, out of 100 possible i rank 99.99 for the last 6 months, with over 70 surveys, needless to say I am an asset to Sprint.

Well in the middle of December I almost died, due to a double ruptured appendix with absess and severe bacterial poisoning.
I was in the hospital well over a week, had surgery, lost 30lbs of muscle, and it took me over 2 months to recover, in fact almost 3 months later I am still on anti biotics and suffer some sickness due to bacterial infections.
During this time, I obviousl...

Best Pocket PC Freeware - A Starting Point (Part 1)

I initially started putting this list together for myself to take advantage of the vast amounts of freeware for the pocket pc platform. While there are commercial software that are more refined and can do more than a lot of the freeware out there, there is still plenty of good free software programs for those that do not want to spend more on software or are just not ready to commit to commercial software. I've included programs released or posted to pocketpcfreeware.com over the past two years and have been rated 7 or better on a scale of 10. Despite that some of these programs might have been developed recently, there is no guarantee that they will work with WM5.0 or WM 6.0. In certain select cases, I've included programs that have a lower...

Nextel Talkgroup NOT Included In Unlimited Plan

Nextel Group Connect is, but not Talkgroup.

For those of you who are unaware of what the difference is: Group Connect is a nationwide PTT calling feature that allows users to connect with up to 20 other Nextel subscribers at once with the push of a button. Talkgroup is a pre-defined group of Nextel subscribers who are within your local calling community and on your same fleet #. Talkgroup allows you to connect with up to 200 people at once with a push of a button.

This, btw, has always been a very PRICEY feature to use. At .15 per person per minute (including the initiator), it would cost $30 for ONE one minute call for those 200 folks! 😲 I think Nextel used to charge around $15 extra per month; regardless of group size for this feat...

Alltel vs. Sprint

Ok, I just posted a few days ago because I'm thinking of switching to Alltel, but Sprint's new plans have me reconsidering switching back to them. I had them for a while (with no problems at all) and went to Metro PCS to save money (I was always going over my minutes).

My question to all you brainiacs: who offers better coverage as far as voice calls go? I hear Alltel's coverage is better in rural areas, but I'm in a major metro city. I also hear Alltel's coverage is better indoors. Please help me decide!

Is anyone happy with Sprint?

I would like to know if anyone here is happy with having Sprint as their wireless provider. I have read a ton of reviews on the company and almost all of them have been nothing but negative. Any feedback would be helpful.

Moto Q9c or HTC Mogul...

I am currently using the Moto Q9c and am unsure if I like this enough to keep past the 30 day initial trial. I want a PDA phone that has decent battery life, good call quality, Internet, Calendar is functional, GPS feature is nice but not a deal breaker at all.

What I am wondering is from those that have one or both, which one do you like, would you get it again if you have a do over, and would you have your mother get one?

Thanks
