Has anyone heard of Sprint phones sharing plans with Nextel or Hybrid phones yet? I thought I heard you can do it on Biz Essential plans, but how about Family Plans?

Lets say I have a cdma carrier like sprint or VZW or us cell in the chicago area. now I go roam(travel) arent I mostly going to be using someone else's tower so now it really comes down to phone selection and pricing...

can anyone clear this up for me; does this mean people can't SYNC up to their corporate Outlook without adding a $20 MRC?

Sprint CEO Confirms CDMA/WiMax Handsets This Year

Speaking to investors yesterday, Sprint CEO Dan Hesse made comments on the company's WiMax business. He noted that the trials in Chicago and Baltimore-Washington, D.C., are going well and that Sprint will roll out dual-mode CDMA/WiMax handsets later this year. Until now, Sprint had only confirmed that "consumer electronics devices" would have WiMax on board. Hesse went on to say that he doesn't think Sprint can pass up the opportunity to be the first carrier to deploy a 4G broadband network. Sprint is still in discussions with Clearwire to see if a partnership is the best option moving forward.

Are they compatible? Will the radio stations come out through the speakers or through my stereo bluetooth headset?

i remember years ago the network had many problems and now i hear that people still get dropped calls and calls not received, etc. is the network any better???????????/

Using Sprint for the past 10 yeas, I never had problems. Sometime I wander if the CS reads the order before processing.
When I got Sanyo M1 I had to call few time before they got it right.

Now I just upgraded to SERO - $49.99/month with a new PDA phone, and I noticed that they assigned a new phone number to the new phone with a plan I did not choose, after checking my account online

I understand the with the bad new of lay-off, they are under pressure and stressed out.

I did not get the phone yet but when I do I have to call CS or retention to get things straight. Why can they do it right the first time so I don't have to waist their time and mine to fix it???

Huge writedown slams Sprint

Sprint (S) is admitting defeat in its 2005 merger with Nextel. The struggling telco posted a fourth-quarter loss of $29.5 billion, or $10.36 a share, reversing the year-ago profit of $261 million, or 9 cents a share. The latest quarter was hit by a $29.7 billion writedown of merger-related goodwill, reflecting the difference between the price Sprint paid and the actual value of the assets purchased. Excluding that gargantuan charge, Sprint made 21 cents a share on an adjusted basis, beating the 18-cent analyst consensus estimate. Revenue fell 6% from a year ago to $9.8 billion, missing the $9.95 billion Wall Street target.

So I called Sprint to see if they had some kinda unlimited and the 119.00 is not in my zip code but she did say for 199.00 I could get unlimited so I said now you know thats makes no sense when the other 2 have it for 99.. She asked for my landlines 🤭 so she could call me back if some kinda unlimited comes up??!! 😁 👿 😈 😉

So what is everyone using for 3rd party apps on their sprint htc 6800 mogul? (freeware or bought apps) So far im using htc home, htc home customizer, magic button, top level battery, touch flo and found a full unlocked version of wormz the game (kicks a$$!).
