is there some kinda lemon law?

i have a Motorola i870 which has glitched on me 4 times now..so this will be my 5th i870...it gets that "white screen of death" thing where it will turn on and go to the first white screen that says i870 and then it freezes.....this is just getting ridiculous...however i just re-up't for 2 years with nextel...and im switching over to sprint and getting the HTC touch b/c im up for my $150 upgrade.. but i was going to sell my i870 to someone..i can go and take it back AGAIN and get the phone....but is there some way i can get even more off of my HTC touch or should i just get the i870...then switch over with my upgrade and sell the 870 to someone?

Mobile to Mobile Question

Just recently had this added to my account.

I know that calls to voicemail don't count, or calls while roaming, but what about calls to someone else's voicemail? For example, if I dial 11+ mobile# and get their VM, am I using daytime minutes? What about when they don't answer a regular call, and then you get routed to VM? Does it start counting as daytime minutes?

Thanks in advance! ๐Ÿ™‚

Sprint going national with the $120 Unlimited Plan?

It will be one week tomorrow that Verizon announced theirs. I was almost sure we would have heard something by now.

Anyone have any speculation on when/if it is going to happen?

Why should I port from Vzw?

I'm thinking about porting from vzw, but I'm still on the border line. What are some positive differences as to why I should port over?

If.....................?

What happens if I bypass the social security number on the SERO website by entering 999-99-9999 like they do in the stores, will they email me to pay a deposit or what happens?

Will i just not get an account, or do I have to call them and tell them I want SERO but do not want to give them a social?

Can It Get Any Worse?

So i ran into some trainers today...

RMS (or iRMS whatever its called today) training environment is going down soon. Ignoring that it never fully updated for ensemble (UBP), new sales reps have only a flash video to watch. It gets better... IPCS is going to sign a new affiliate agreement. NEXTEL/BRANDED NEXTEL PRODUCTS will not be sold in their locations. Oh did i mention they are going to be expected to use RMS filtered ensemble which they have never seen or used before...

They could go to training... oh what

This is really starting out to be a great year for Sprint
