Sprint Retail Sales Reps' Salary...
😳 now I just heard a sales rep with a bachelors degree starts at 30k and can double that in commissions in a retail store! true?

never heard of the boost in pay with a degree. although that could very well be a possibility.

you dont need a degree....you have a better chance being a manager or a hgher position eventually, but normal reps make 50k+ easy.....
i made 43,000 last year and it was my first year at a sprint corporate retail store... not the best money, but im only 20...

Yea I think I hit 38k and Ive been at two asstastic stores in a row.
Gotta find one that rocks, thats the key.

The scale is about $18k- 30k for hourly then whatever you make in commission. From what I've seen, most people come in at the low end, especially these days. A few years back, you might have had a veteran rep making near the top, but now it's towards the lower and then you make it up in commissions.
If you hit your targets, commission is another $10k- $15k. If you exceed quota the payout increases on a per unit basis, though the rate of that increase is a lot less now than years ago. I have seen reps make $27k and reps make $50+k.

30k is not much...I made that much last year without a degree..of courde I don't work in a store..
