What are the advantages of being a Sprint Employee
I was going to go for a interview today at a local sprint store to be a sales rep and I was wondering what the job perks were. Could any of you current Sprint employees fill me in on the benefits. Any info will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

That are a lot of advantages and disadvantages. You get a lot of good discounts on all kind of stuff and they pay is not bad. But personally I think that it can be very stressful.

in MY opinion while there are some good perks to being a sprint employee, (discounts/benefits and such)i wil have to waive a flag of caution for sprint employment. when i started sprint,i was a sprint natzi. seriously my eyes watered with love for sprint. its totally lame(ive grown up since) but by the time my employment was ending, i was just as fustrated as an employee as every customer who came in. its also important to note that in my situation i was EVERTHING. i was the store authority on phones and technology. so i was the store tech, i as also a seller, a janitor, and a greeter, ect. even with my knowledge, great behaviour, experience, and time with sprint, when i got my raise i was making a whopping 10.13 and hour. ummm we have a corporate perks website that give you dicounts from tons of companies..
um...depending on what kind of store you are working at (A,B,C...) the commission could be good or not so good... You do get yelled at alot... but its expected.. just dont take peoples crap..
