They'll come in and use fancy sales tactics to make you believe that their service is better than Sprint's. While in the past Sprint's customer service has been pretty bad, it has improved greatly to this day. All calls I have made to them within the past year have been resolved quickly and courteously. They even let me upgrade 2 months early when my phone broke and I was approaching my 2 year anniversary mark.

I agree. It seems like 4.3 is right on the fence (if not over) in terms of my personal limit for a cell phone. My HTC Hero is the perfect size! I wish all cell phones that I will own in the future could be Hero size.

I don't agree. People are using their Cell phones for wireless voice more than ever. My girlfriend and I do not have a land line. My mom does not have a land line. NONE of my friends have a land line. We all need to talk via voice, and its not over land line. Voice communication will not die out. trust me.

I am not knocking them. I have been a subscriber for over 8 years. I love their actual coverage, their customer service have been getting a hell of a lot better, and their phone planes are unbeatable.

Ok, so my sh*tty little Samsung M520 which I have had for two years this April has finally just about died. It works like a normal phone except... the screen doesn't work. This makes it a lame duck phone. The screen is always white.
