I just have three important questions...

1. How much will this phone cost (MSRP and upgrade price)

2. How much will a 4G plan cost compared to current data plans?

3. Will it be to big? My current Hero is like PERFECT size.

These are deal breakers. I will not pay a laptops price for a cell phone.
The 4G plans will likely be the same as current data plans as it is a 3G/4G device and the majority of its users will still be on 3g.
1. 199.99 upgrade new customer or 499 outright I bet

2. same as 3g

3. Has a 4.3 in screen but is thinner so bigger but lighter.
Then keep your Hero. There will plenty of people lining up to get the Supersonic.

Another football to drop

Here comes another fumble! They are going to sell a 4G phone that will probably do twenty percent 4G, if that. I have a 4G aircard that would be unemployed if it didn't also work on the 3G side. They never mentioned that when they called me to offer the free 4G card....

The Supersonic looks like a decent phone. Sprint will surely make it a source of frustration for it's owners.
Speak for yourself it pays to do your homework!

Seattle is rocking with the 4G!!!

This is very exciting news! I can't wait to see the SuperSonic!

You Said it didnt know what I was missing with all the android aps got hooked up with the Samsung Moment. Sprint has def improved and I hope they keep getting stronger!
I'm not a hater. I've been with Sprint for many years. I have 30 phones and 4 air cards on the system. I am in an HTC Touch Pro 2, which STILL doesn't have WinMo 6.5. I am on the phone with Sprint regularly about normal service issues, that nearly nev...

Until I actually researched the facts and realized that Sprint is making a lot of effort to turn itself around. In fact, compared to the other three carriers, Sprint is working the hardest at making itself better.

I recently switched to Sprint Nex...

Very Exciting - WILL be awesome

First 4G phone; will be groundbreaking.

Everyone claiming LTE will blow Wimax out of the water - do your research. The update to Wimax (which it wont need for awhile) will be crazy fast - just because this version is only 3-10x's faster than 4G - doesnt mean it wont be considerably faster than that speed in years to come - it can be UPDATED!

So to everyone saying "well LTE will be faster" blah blah blah - ya it might at launch (when it has any coverage in a YEAR) and by then I'm sure Sprint will have MUCH more coverage than anyone and already working on its Wimax update... stop the HATE!
In previous statement.
especially when LTE's testing in Seattle produced speeds of 5-10mbs... hmmm sounds pretty identical in speed.
