but if you buy a phone say from ebay and just stick your sim in it there is no upgrade fee, so just another cheap way they can try and make there money back from you.

what if i just tell tmobile I will cancel that line if we cant reach a deal that works for me on a different phone. 3 of my 4 lines are out of contract and my monthly bill is about $200 paid on time every month and have been a cust almost 3 years?

ok the last paperwork i got says same or similar, so if i try to figure that out what does that mean just looking at fetures i say a curve is an obvius choice, then there is the sidekick family althought very different phones the fetures do match up I was just carius if any one actualy knew what customer service is authoriesed to offer.

Loyal t mo customer with 4 lines and about a $200 a month bill. I have a wing and am generally disappointed with can you guys help me figure out what my options are. I have insurance but thats a waist why pay $110 for a phone that constantly drops calls, losses messages on me and then delivers them whenever it wants, freezes up constantly.
is there any way I can get tmo to let me get a different phone? ...

Can any one help when using the bluetooth on the sk3 and trying to connect with any other t mobile phone it won't allow you to transfer pics or ring tones via blue tooth any one have any idea whats up with that or how to fix that problem?

thanks for the link it is a handy tool to have for customers to print up the insurance info and look up the dedt. charge but no info on what phones they are shipping out.

I know dealing with insurance claim questions are always a pain but i am coming to you all for help. I have a regular customer who has a sk2 and needs to do an insurance claim the keyboard is peeling off and this many of the keys don't work. can any one tell me what the deductible now is on that phone and what will they be given as the replacement phone. I was in a local t mobile store corperate not a franchise.) and one of the associate there say they have been getting info that the new sk3 should be out by may. I think that sounds like a reasonable time table seeing as they have taken the pink and the regular ones off the website. whats everyone else hearing on this? any one getting solid info on specs and features?

I have also seen it work for cingular but I have not been able to get it to work for t mobile same phone must just be the way that t mobile usses text messaging. great question thought!

you are ok as long as the numbers fall under the same taxation laws like i live in nevada and have 2 numbers from Mn where the tax is different I wantted to get a 3rd number that was local to nevada but couldn't because the accountants at t-mobile cant be bothered to figure out how to tax that I guess. even thought on the bill every lines comes seperat even the famly talk plans.

I have the get more 1000 plan with nights and weekends so 49.99 plus sidekick data at $20.00 caller tunes and equipment insurance. would that put me at the max discount level? I would be switching thought to the 1000 shared min with 3 phones 1 sidekick data plane 1 unlimted text message package caller tunes and insurance on all 3 phones. so thats like 4120 a month.

No i have always payed my bill in full on line the day it apears witch is ussaly ahead of schedule by like 10 days before it is even due so never had service suspendded never had a payment late. i don't beleave best buy does upgrades i think they just do new lines of service. i dont even think you can go in there if you are on a famly plan and by a new line there I beleave it is just new lines of service period! I could be wrong thought.
