Chill out man. It's only $15 for faster shipping. It gets there sooner than they say usually anyway.

We do ship for free (standard shipping). Now, if the cust wants the phone right away it is $14.95. (just like when you buy something online)

T-Mobile has always had a charge for there express shipping. There exchange program is in line with most other carriers. It's sounds like more is going on than just the $15, as if you were already mad and this pushed you over. Take your phone to the person you bought it from and see if they help you out.

T-mobile just started this shipping charge and I agree with you, rsd - It does suck. I would do the regular shipping and save the $5.00, guitarman is right; it arrives quicker than they say.

Are you still under contract?

Okay, first of all, I don't know a single COMPANY that doesn't charge for Express Shipping - HELLO, you want it faster, you have to pay 🙄. And yes, the delay for all shipping is a little longer right now because of these little things you may have heard of called Holidays. America has to even take the time to make one on a Monday when they fall on a weekend. Got a problem with that, contact your government. T-Mobile does charge now for ground shipping, $9.95, but how's this for an explanation on why: "The cost of shipping handset exchanges is an enormous cost to the business (Around 2 million dollars a month). Assessing shipping charges for all exchange orders will allow T-Mobile to continue delivering handset exchanges directly to cus...

rsd317, I think you need to quit whining over the $15 charge and take a look at the big picture here. I have worked in the cellular industry for over four years with several carriers and TMobile so far has been the best to work with in any situation. They are offering to give you a brand new Razor! Any other company would just give you the run around! I have a $600 Treo that is still under warranty and has had a memory crash and Sprint refuses to exchange it for me even thought I work with the company! TMobile has been rated highest in customer service for the past several years by JD Power and Associates and there is an obvious reason why! They are taking care of you!!

Okay, yeah waiting on a shipment sucks, and the alternitives is to pay (OMFG) 15.xx bucks for shipping. Now then, why are you guys pissing and moning about the mutha f!#@ing razr. Man I hate this phone... anyhow, have we tried...ah going to another store localy to see if they have said handset in stock to do the exchange in-store? Was it a store or customer service you were addressing the phone problem with? find out if you can get the phone swapped at that level, or heck, i've more jeers from people who were singing the praises of the razr (until they got it), try an alternet handset if this was purchased not that long ago. also, like everyone said, it's the holidays. This post is like a week old, so I can assume this particular issue's bee...

First of all you spent wayyyyyyyy too much money on a Razr but to set the record straight, I am with Cingular ( who I cant stand and cant wait for my contract to be over to change to T-Mobile but they do pay for overnight delivery, I have yet to have to pay a penny of my own money.

If I understand correctly, and I think I do, you have the option to have it shipped 7 day for just 9.95. Anyway it is only 15.00 and if you are going argue based on principal well that goes both ways. Would you really want to cancel a great service over 15.00 sounds kind of silly to me. At any rate your going to save 3 to 5 times that with tmo on just their rate plans. 15.00 the principal of it, get a better argument! 😕

What you're saying does not really make for a good debate. If you only understood how much money t-mobile loses every year for people doing handset exchanges when they do not really need one, but only doing it to get a second phone for free and never sending back their old one then you'd realize why they do it. It's just business. I'm sure if tmobile changed their policy to not charge customers to ship phones to them at their house and mailed them to retail stores, then you would also be the guy complaining about having to waste gas to drive to the retail store and pick up the phone.

Last thing is you say "it never lit up". Well if it never lit up you should have taken it back to the store and returned for a new one within your 14 d...
