customer service sucksballs.... and if theres one thing that ticks me offmore than crappy customers...its phone reps that are wimps... i would file a voice ticket on the reps that gave all that sh!t

the difference between the rc updates and teh cupcake?... cus i do, and im geting annoyed about ppl confusing them.. rc updates are from tmo cupcake is from android and isnt specifically for g1 users...

i have no problem with that. and i also dont have an issue with the acct holder speaking to me telling me that soNso has permission to get on the acct. but when its like a kid that just happens to knw the last four ssn...cmon usually wut i do is, bc i work in ddc, i check the dst tool, if i see a different name there i special intruct the acct that soNso is calling in as acct holder.

helps... I'm tired of hearing people use this as an arguement or controversial issue. really, having the data feature helps out alot bc lost info,due to the device turning off or any other reason, will always comeback, the tmail acct is a security to that. if someone tries to get ur info off the device and doesn't know the pw...good! so before you bought your sidekick did you ask about the device security? did you know the 3 digit privacy lock only functions ...

on my tmo system... ppl call in and say they are the acct holder the person says my name is blah blah and the have the last four of the ssn. thing is, its a little girl and when i check the customer profile, the account holder was born in 1952!!! so i go along with it, and i check her device id profile... the username is sw33tcherriKiss3s... we need a better way to verify...

flexpay was setup for ppl like that... prevents overages. we'd rather have a cust b!tch about service getting cut off instead of b!tching about overages... somebody should change her rate plan to prepaid, being that she cant handle a regular acct and got a flexpay.. which she cant even handle i hate flexpay customers

that works both ways... what if sweetcherrygurl was having bad day? she still gave the guy her best cust service... custs shouldnt be a$$es just bc of a Fkcen pone case. i understand being mad bc my phone isnt woking but a case?... thats equalvalent to a kid crying bc they didnt get the ice cream they wanted...
