f'ed by another cell company...

i had a sony tm506 and it went missing at work. i called in and reoprted it lost so no one can use my phone.
i got the phone back and saw calls to numbers that i don't reconize and txt messages that i didn't write, so obviously they didn't block my phone.
thank god i have a flex pay account so all they could do is run my minutes out.
so i called t-mobile and they said that there are no notations on the account so the y couldn't do anything for me.
i gave her reps name/agent id of the person i spoke with and they still wouldn't do anything for me.
my son was playing with my phone and managed to block my sim/pin so i can't use my phone now and i called up to see if i could order a new sim card. but they said all i could do was order a new...

thats stupid any customer care rep could have given you the pin to unlock the phone you didnt need to buy a new phone, at the very least a new sim card would have done the trick...lame

I love how people swear they got screwed over multiple times by multiple carriers.

I bet your cable company is screwing you too?

Is your grocery store ripping you off as well?

Maybe trouble is following you.

My cable company is. But then I have Comcrap. I am seriously thinking about switching to Direct Tv.

But anyway, all you have to do is go to any T-mobile store, and get a new SIM if unlocking it doesn't work. It costs about $2 but much cheaper than a phone.

Just so you know, any satellite cable provider is terrible. I've had both Dish and Direct, both of them suck. Comcrap does too so not really any good options. Personally I decided to go the no cable at all route for the past three years and just use an antenna for my basic cable needs.

It sounds to me like you want to find a reason to believe every Cell Phone company is out to "Screw" you. This is simply not the case, and until you realize this then you will always have "Issues" with the cell phone companies because you will always think and believe that no matter what they do to try to help you that you are getting screwed. Why don't you just not have a cell phone altogether and then you wouldn't have any so-called "Issue's" Just my two cents.
