It is up to the consumer how they use the phone!! IT'S SIMPLE, GET A PHONE THAT DOES NOT NEED AN INTERNET PACK OR SPECIALLY MADE FOR THE INTERNET IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO USE THE INTERNET!!! WHY WOULD YOU BUY SOMETHING AND NOT USE IT UP TO ALL IT'S CAPABILITIES!! WHAT A WASTE IN MY OPINION!!!

Then if the person who can't afford the $15 should get a phone that is plain and doesn't have all the extra features if they are not going to pay for the cool features or actually use them.

My question is why would anyone get this phone and NOT use the internet? It is capable of full HTML which alot of phones are not capable of. If your answer is because of the "other" features then why don't you get a different phone that is specific with the feature(s) you are wanting and save the trouble of worrying if you have to have a data pack or not. Or just get the data pack and quit crying... $15 ...

If I recall... with a windows version phone you can only send a picture as an attachment in an email. If you look at the comparison with a Palm Centro (not windows) you can do mms whereas if you look at the 800w the MMS feature has a "-" in the spot where it identifies applicable features. Hope this helps.

Ok so I am an Indirect Representative for Sprint... and SHOCKINGLY the company I work for really does not provide Sprint apparel that I can wear to work... I have gotten two button up long sleeved shirts with the Sprint logo and that is it... it's summer so I would like to have just a collared, short sleeved shirt that is not button up... my question is: Does anyone know if there is somewhere on the net I ...

Exactly... That representative had no excuse... I have had sprint as my personal service... but I have worked before in an at&t call center in town... for just about over a year... and never once did I think it was acceptable to treat a customer wrong... or belittle them in any way... no matter if I was having a bad day or not!!

Well said Good Sir :D :o Just wait till his phone gets stolen or he loses it and someone who also has GSM pulls out his sim and puts theirs in!! That person has a brand new phone at no cost to them... and nobody can really do anything about it!! See if he still loves GSM :o

Yeah you may like the freedom of YOU switching the Sim phone to phone and having your contacts... but if someone were to steal your phone then you are SOL because they can't stop anyone from using the phone... all they have to do is take your Sim out and put theirs in and BAM!!... someone has them a new phone at no cost to them!!

Ummmm... I am sorry to say this but with Iphones you will not save $50 bucks... You will probably be paying a tad more because of the "Special" Iphone data plans you have to add on when you buy/activate one... trust me I know I used to work in an at&t call center not too long ago and people were getting angry!!
