They're raising the "non-government mandated administrative fee" from .75 to .99 cents starting January 1st.

Something over a dollar would be something to be upset about... but $0.24?

This reminds me of when I use to work for Sprint and a guy claimed to drive 30 minutes to our store over a like $0.33 charge on his bill... this was when gas was $4 a gallon. He probably cost himself around $8-10.00 to fix a $0.33 error! If you call in to complain about this you must be lonely like that guy! 🤣

LMFAO... Wow. This reminds me of customers who used to call into Verizon when I worked for them and escalate to managers because they had been paying the wrong taxes for X amount of years.

If you've been paying a quarter more for these services without knowing about it for a few years, I would cal...

I like the ability to get out of an early term fee using this. Score one for the consumer.

i had a custy try and use that but it says on the contract that we have that right ... we have to keep the network running and there's a cost associated with that sorry but I'm not going to waive etf over this...

I threatened legal action...

ah the whiny liberal mentality of the future cricket user

I've known a bunch of people that have gotten off etf for this. It's their right, calm down. If you don't do it, someone else will. You're just letting them spend more time on the phone with care reps.

I, on the other hand, have one sprint phone, dealer line. So, I don't care about a price hike, my fees are cheap anyway.

Way cheaper than the extra $240 per year you're gonna spend on a comparable at&t or Verizon plan.

🤣 Im going to try to say this without losing my cool. The price of everthing has gone up. Mcdonalds raised the price on the double cheese burger to a 1.19 from 99 cents and all the other major fast food chaines will be folling suite. The price of a bag of Doritos has gone up along with almost everthing in the vending machine including sodas. Even parking fees have gone up. Are you seriously gone cry about .24 cents. You obvioulsy dont know anthing about inflation. I would love to see you walk into McDonalds buy a Double Cheese Burger and ask for your .20 cents back. 😎
