Yeah Sprint will definitely go above and beyond if you want to come on over. But, it is just dependent upon what service is best for you. Just do your research. These forums are great because you can get info from all the carriers. I recommend Sprint :D

I think any Nextel device is awesome. With Sprint I would say the Centro, any Blackberry, and the Motorola V950. My dad has the old Katana and loves it. I had, back in the day, the Samsung a900 (blade) and it was awesome. I loved it,but now the Centro is my new favorite. Has everything I need.

I have Sprint and love the service. I have the Palm Centro - which is the best phone ever (for me!!). I just wondered what others thought. In my opinion, Sprint has made it through some pretty dismal obstacles and will continue to. I think other companies will take notice and probably should.

I completely understand. We all have those situations where you are just like "Is this really happening, has everyone just gone insane (or stupid)?!!", but all you can do is just get through it then laugh it off later.

One thing I will say for sure is Sprint's billing issues have declined dramatically. I know this for a fact. And the customer service is improving rapidly. Verizon's customer service is mean. I have never talked to a Sprint rep who acted as nasty as a Verizon or AT&T rep. But that is just me. Everyone has their own experiences.

Yeah I can totally see where people dying due to a terrostist attack in the US relates to Sprint customers or current situation. What a horrible thing to say - you guys are immature and petty. Listen people - they are just doing their job. Maybe instead of putting blame on Cust Serv try talking to someone who can make a difference and maybe put a new policy in place. Where I work sales agents have their own hotline so that they still get commissioned - they never have to call care. But the point is I understand, I would be frustrated too. They do it because they are told to. They have their own goals to meet and that is quite possibly one of the requirements to pass the call. So don't take it personally - everyone is just doing their job.

I have TEP on my phone. It is definitely worth it. You never know when you may need it and it is much better than paying full price for a new device.

Unfortunately if the keys aren't working then basic troubleshooting couldn't be done. You may just have to take it to a service and repair center in your area. You can find one using the store locator on sprint.com. I'm sorry. :( Hope it works for you soon.

I will have to say that I did Employee Accounts for a while (not anymore), but when the Instinct came out there was a big mess because the legacy SERO did not work with that device. I happen to think it is great...and it does benefit the customers. -The grant funding will be used to expand Sprint's hydrogen fuel cell program at cell sites throughout the United States - creating 72 hours of additional network resiliency, especially critical during emergencies and natural disasters. - That is great. At least to me :D

I do too - you are not alone. "Epic fail" is the kicker. I cannot take that one. :? The reason "Epic fail" drives me crazy is because usually it is over something that is not epic at all. Not even close to be exact :P

I am also sorry you had to go through so much to get the request resolved. I am sorry that our agent said that under their breath. I do work for Sprint as Retail Store Support and we work so hard to not hear people say "I hate Sprint CS" and when someone doesn't own up and just simply say "I can't help you but I will find out who can since you have been trying to get this ...

The new commercials are great. I loved the black and white ones because that let everyone see that Sprint is here and we are not going anywhere...and that we mean business. Those set us apart. Now we are showing off what we got with the new commercials. Love it! Love it! Love it!!!!!! :D I think I made my point.

The only ratings that are low are customer service (which the margin is closing on that too since we just tied you little perfect Verizon on it in the West so ha!!! :roll: ). The only reason Sprint is still at bottom for Customer service is due to image which will take time to turnaround. I think all carriers have great qualities/services/features/fons/etc/etc/etc, but it just depends on what is best for the customer. And just to be fair, I ...

They are actually very good. Not the normal call center environment. The benefits are amazing if you land in a corporate call center (not sure about vendor sites). I would go for it. It is not as easy to get on now, but if you have experience it is good.

Hey - I will admit that I have had to deal with some stupid ones, but think of it like this - a bulk of them that are the dumb ones have been there one day and are remarkably overwhelmed by what you are telling them. There is a high amt of churn in call centers and store. It's is just like everything else in life - practice makes perfect or you really are just stupid and cannot grasp ...
