LG LOTUS HELP! PLEASE!
I have a lg lotus and I was looking through some pics and the phone froze. I could not even turn it off, so I took out the battery for 20-30 mins. I put the battery back in and turned the phone on and..... the black and white lg lotus screen comes up like its booting up and just freezes with LG LOTUS on the screen. No keys work on anything. Any ideas? 😢

I haven't dealt with that issue yet, LGs can get weird when booting with a memory card, try to take that out. I strongly reccomend taking it to a Repair Center if it stays like that. They will either try to reload the software or replace the unit. Unfortually all the info on your phone may be gone if it is unable to power up.

Unfortunately if the keys aren't working then basic troubleshooting couldn't be done. You may just have to take it to a service and repair center in your area. You can find one using the store locator on sprint.com. I'm sorry. ☹️ Hope it works for you soon.
