samsung finesse - is it worth it?
i currently have metro in southwest fl area and am using a flashed dare on metro (converted verizon customer). Now obviously to me features are what I got from my phone. so what am i curious about is do we think the features on the finesse make it worth selling my dare for $200 then putting another 150 out there to get a finesse? anyones thoughts? maybe a retail persons input please

Where do I change an ESN Online?
I want to change the esn for one of my stupid add a lines that verizon scoffed. I want to play with it. Can anyone direct me on the website where to go to do an esn change?

Anyone ever heard of youmail service? works the same. Basically you get a text that tells you who the caller was, service, and city and state. Also you can have your vm transcribe to a text format but that sucks. They have it online at youmail.com.

I used to have the original voyager but switched within 30 days. I can tell you that the voyager has great benefits that the dare does not. However it is also the other ay around. You get the text keyboard, tv if you wanna pay for it, and a great responsive touchscreen. However if you are a multimedia nut like I am you can enjoy the 3.2 mp cam on the dare with flash that the voyager doesn not, ...

Software Update
Ok so I have called Verizon to get the update to sw version 5 and basically when I call tech support they told me the update does not exist. Also that the update for the Venus as well does not. They told me the version software we have in our phones, 3, is the latest. Any reason they would say this? I live in the Ft. Myers FL area if it has anything to do with it.

I have had both for a signifacant time. The Voyager was great for me with texting. I was really having a hard time deciding if I wanted the dare because of the functionality of the Voyager. To be honest with my Dare I do not pay for any extra service like vcast. I do not want an MP3 player. It makes no sense to have an additional device just for that reason. All you need to do is connect your phone directly to your computer and use windows media player and transfer the songs directly to the phone. given I have an 8 gig microsd but still you should be able to do it all ...

Let me tell you for all those who joke over my loyal for 6 months comment. To be honest the company i work for does so much and has such lower prices that most of them dont end up staying because we are a lower end provider as far as phones and feature services go. So thats why I say loyal. Especially since I have also shelled out over $500 to $600 for phones already.

I will tell you I have had the dare going on a month and I find no problems on the music player. The phone takes a 2 gig card which I have and have used all the space. So with the Dare you get better funcionality, appeal, features, camarea, and a music player as good.

Transferring Music
Ok I have a Juke that I have songs on and a 2gb microsd card that I want to get those songs to - I cannot get the songs to the computer through rhapsody from the juke or through windows media player. Of course if I could I would not be asking. Anyone know how to get it done?
Loss of Service
Some nights between like 1 - 3 am est if i am on my phone like my service will just drop I had a voyager and now a dare and both of them seem to do it. Any indications? I power cycle the phone, change nam selections, switch from home to automatic and battery in and out... any suggestions?

Well I'm looking for the touchscreen plus the keyboard really does it for me. I am upgrading from metro pcs. LOL, coming from their v3m razr I was interested in the samsung text phone but camera sucks. Then i was contemplating their u520. However I inquired with verizon and am getting no dep. I am really wanting either or. I also want the music functionallity of the Juke.

Simple enough I am adding a line and want either or I checked both out in store. Love the size of the Glyde but the fuller textboard of the voyager. Did not go to in depth about features as they relativley see the same. I need some help on this one.

I do want the camera capabilities and from reading reviews I would like the 520. Especially switching from a Verizon Juke. To me it was an Ipod with a phone at 2 gigs. But the capabilities of the 520 sound appealing and the texting board would be cool but not with a VGA.
R410 or E2000???
I like the text capability of the R410 but the music capability of the E2000 also compels me. Which phone software, reliability, service, and all other ways is better. Also taking into account the VGA camera of the R410.
