Good morning! (not really) Question regarding perks
ex. Here we get the usual, Medical, Dental, 401k, Holiday pay, Overtime opportunities, Vaction and sick time. Possible bonuses, etc.
but we also get perks like Saturdays they order Pizza and hot wings from Pizza hut for everyone.
We have a cookout about once a week or so, where we cook hotdogs and hamburgers for the agents.
Free coffee on mondays (we have butter finger coffee in the coffee machine mmmmmmm...)
Used to have an xbox 360 in the break room and tv projected on the walls in front of our desks (call center is an open design)

If a customer (or an Authorized Retailer) calls in to get insurance added to a line from a cross upgrade, how long should it take for you to do that?

Cust Care Attitude as of lately
HOWEVER...........
For the past month I have talked to the most downright disrespectful a%%h@le reps. And the kicker is that they are outsourced.
I had a woman from India who sucked her teeth, told me several times she didnt need to look at policy because it didnt matter, and then abruptly transferred me to a supervisor. She was one of at least 5 that I have dealt with or heard this month.
What the frick frack is going on?

I CAN NOT steal something you didnt work to get. Especially when I asked you were they ur customers. You shouldn't have been cooing on the phone to whomever you were talking to for 45 minutes while sitting and stuffing your face with Wendys. When the customer came in you should have walked over and talked to them since you had "dealt" with them before. You also should have answered every mundane and repetitive question they had.
What did you expect me to say when after almost an hour of me finally getting around to signing them up , you strolled your dumb a%$ over to my register and formed the words " I got this" ?
