Me: (stiffling laughter) Alright we can go ahead and CONFIGURE your internet. What's the make and model of the phone?
Customer: T-Mobile Googley
Me: Okay, well T-Mobile is a service provider and Google is just a-
Customer: Oh I mean Android LG Samsung!
Me: ... Okay may I please have the imei number then?
