a couple of weeks ago I accidentally slipped up and said to a customer " B%#@h you buggin', I said no" . I didnt even realize it until she came in today and wouldn't even look me in my face. One of my coworkers told me I kinda scared and shocked her with what I said. I didn't even realize I said it out loud 🤭 .

Today an older woman came in to buy her first smartphone, and she asked me to tell her all about "Suri" and about "those Druid phones". I didn't have the heart to correct her, and it took about 15 minutes for her to catch on to the way I was pronouncing them.

My store is within the vicinity of at least two indirect dealers. On a monthly basis ( although things have calmed down quite a bit) my store gets customers coming in with issues or outright fraudlent things done on their bill or account and wanting us to fix it.
Some of these customers know better but they go to these shady dealers anyway and then try to come boohoo crying to us. 🙄 For the most part, no one at my location will help or go anywhere near an account or customer who has purchased anything from there.
But a few days ago I had a customer get really upset when I told her there was nothing I could do about her dilemma with screwed up plan and jacked up phone. With huge alligator tears in her eyes she began to try and berat...

So, yesterday Tazdroid and I decided to play "The Pokemon Game". For those who don't know this is a game we play where we try to fit as many Pokemon names into a call as possible, for ex. "Ivysaur to hear that mam' I can definately understand your issue ,Sandshrew can be assured that I can fix this. I know Garados that have tried to fix this and could not but rest assured I will throw you an Escape Rope and will fix this Muk."

Well my managers found out that we were playing the Pokemon game and pulled us from our cubicles into the conference room, him first (because I was on a call), they took all the stuff off of his desk and brought it into the conference room (Meaning he was getting fired).
