All cingular stores are ghetto like that. Not one single thing is professional at cingular... You should have applied at verizon, great pay and benefits.

Shouldn't Cingular really wait until they get their network situation under control...with so many cingy customers haveing so so many problems with just voice, much less customer service, why add more problems? I think they should get to the point where they don't have a million drop calls and have ability to make clear voice calls before implementing PTT. If a quality company like Verizon had problems first go around, what on earth is cingy thinking?
