Thanks,

I had the interview. It went ok. However, I was not impressed with that store, and while I was waiting to be interviewed I witnessed the sales rep handling a difficult customer poorly, plus a kid stole an accessory and the security was slow to respond. I am not feeling it at this particular store. Plus there was something about the manager that I didn't like, I can't put my finger on it, but there is something about him that's funny.

That is sad because Cingular has so much at its fingertips. Cingular does need to improve, or they could lose out in the wireless industry.

I don't want to bag on Cingular, but I did notice the difference when I was in a Verizon Store or a T-Mobile store. I kind of liked the Cingular Store from the aspect of all the younger people that work there. Teenagers and 20 somethings are refreshing when you work with 50, 60, and 70 year olds all day. But they were as knowledgable about their services and products as I would have hoped. Seemed like I knew more than they did. Really hard to understand that. I work in the satellite industry, not the cell phone industry. I always lauded younger people for their knowledge of consumer electronics, but for some reason, they seemed to not be as affluent in the cell phone industry as I thought. By comparison, the 30 and 40 year olds I tal...

I am a T-Mobile customer too, and I hope T-Mobile will grow to really give Cingular a run for their money.
