:lol: Hey I never thought of that but it would actually be handy though but I would want a cheese grater with mine you never can get one at an Italian restraunt but everyone is on there phones. :lol:

At my call center we have just began to hire sst reps as a start up project to merges us in to being from strictly TDMA to GSM 3 out of 22 teams have had gsm training and taking gsm calls so I would not worry about sst for a while :)

Plus if you chose a phone that is not a free one then you pay for that up front and the taxes you are not billed like attws would do thats the reason customer care asks for a credit card

Attws has a 30 day buyers remorse in the 30 days if you don't like it you can return it to the store you will still have to pay the processing fee if I 'm correct but after the 30 days its yours but if you cancel you will get the etf untill contract full filed

I just had a customer on the fon originally a customer of go fon and now decided to go with a contract. Her home market is New York all she could say was I signed up on a local 39.99 plan and I got roaming in Florida. And when you tried to explain local coverage she said well New Jersey and Pennsylvania are not that local so why isn’t Florida included in my plan it was on the go ...

I also have had several like that but the funnest 2 were : 1 a wife calls in to cancel service she poed at something and I can not find out what from her she verify everything including the password i explain the 175 etf since she had recently renewed the contract she says a few derogatory words but I still set the expectations and she hung up I took my next call which I noticed since screen pop ...
