Anybody have any suggestion on how to meet par???
1. dont transfer anyone. give them the number and tell them to call the number themselves.
2. if someone calls and needs help with text or another feature but they are on their phone. tell them to call back and that you cant help them because they are on their phone. DN calls will kill your availability. and this way you only get a repeat call.
3. put some tape over the not ready button, heaven knows when you have a system slowdown you can take 5 more calls while your still memoing the last one who just hung up on you.
4. put people on mute instead of hold. this way you can hear if the customer is lying to you and they dont know your listening unless they know that if they dont hear the hold music then something is up.
