Sounds like phone issues to me. I mean you went with a sony and an iphone both of which are horrible phones for service with AT&T. if still able to exchange i would take both back and go with totally different phones. Stick with Nokia, Samsung and Blackberry. Those have proven time and time again to be reliable on service and quality.

They dont have an unlimited data yet for families at one price but they did start if you have unlimited family text data is just $10 per line. Not quite a family package but not a bad deal either from the normal $15
as far as with BB and PDA's i dont know how they would swing it

Maybe your area is just not well covered and its not the network its self.
Everyone is so quick to blame everything on the network. Maybe you just dont have strong towers in your area maybe your device is defaulty. You gotta look at every angle first and not go straight to the top.

Interesting cause I have AT&T( nokia 6650 and Bold) and have no dropped calls at all EVER! its also very surpising how every IPHONE user gets dropped calls all the time. Kinda makes ya think that maybe its the fact that the IPHONE is a POS not the AT&T network that sucks so bad.
I mean really come on the first iphone sucked, the 3g had double the problems when it came out and now the new 3gs is ...

More represents the 8900 that AT&T just released, which was previously offered through T-Mobile. More along the look of it than the Bold.

There is a trick to all that my friend. When they are bitching and everything you just gotta say the right thing to their face and they will stop bitching. and it all just depends on the situation, does it work everytime no but more times than none yes it will. Can i tell you what this magical thing to say is...no cause it all depends on you and how you react to what they say.

oh i knew what was meant by it and i meant what i said by it.
Even the customers that come in for all of those things you just listed 98% of them will leave happy in some way. Wether we were able to offer them what they wanted or not. Even the other 2% leave angry but not as mad as they were when they came in so then in turn they come back to us when they need ...

The map for verizon says that at my house and in my whole town or city or whatever it is you want to call it that they have full coverage all bars!! and that is the biggest joke and lie ever cause their coverage sucks where i live!

Of course!! there is the 30 day period from which you are able to return the phone for a full refund!!The only "catch" is that you can cancel withing the 30 days and pay no ETF but after the first 3 days you are responsible for first bill, unless AT&T has made a change to that policy that i have not heard about!!

I gotta tell ya man i have had no issues with speed on the bold in a 3G area or in an edge area it works great. The battery life for me has been wonderful i go the whole day from 8 am to 9 pm when i normally get it plugged in and im on the net, constant emails and phone calls all day and when i plug it in im never lower than 40% battery life!

The Mobile Solution shut down a good majority of their stores mainly in North and South Carolina cause they were horrible sales people who were very untrained and unprofessional. TMS was not paying rent(Dnbstyle- you are correct there) and they were cause Suncom to lose money so they shut down the worst stores. Here is what progressed after that!!

sorry dont use them i tether with my BB Bold its just easier and cheaper.
As far as the service goes everyone that i know that has one from AT&T says they love it and it works great.

good question and one that many ask. yes you can do other types of videos and music streaming on the Curve and the Pearl from some places. Youtube will not allow because of the format that all the videos are in on the site its not a supported format of the pearl or curve. unfourtanatly there is nothing that can be done to play the movies from youtube and im sorry for that.
