If your price isn't free than I got it cheaper than you. Great phone. I did have some issues with Documents to Go and the reception going from 3G to EDGE to GPRS and back. I did a firmware update and low and behold no more problems.

you can either use the desktop manager to check if there is new firmware out or go to ATT.com and do a serch for BB downloads. just download it and off you go. check your bold's software version by going in to setting>about. if you need it or are having some glitching use it to repare the OS or other programs.

DUDE Blackberry was giving these things away like they were candy. They just gave them away just to put them out there... You must feel special because you got your now, but i got mine a week after they were released oh ya for free... So don't feel too special, because your not... đ
