HTC 8125 / 8100 / MDA (USA) / K-JAM / P4300 (Wizard)

Yeah, I know it's not likely, what with a device such as the Wizard competing, potentially competing with an iPod. . . but has anyone heard/seen anyway of getting iTunes to a Windows Mobile device? Or is there anyway to convert a regular Windows Program to Windows Mobile? (that may be an extrordinarily dumb questions, but I'm primarily a Mac user, and have never touched a Windows mobile equipped device.)

Just got my 8125. This is my first pocketPC and my first version of windows mobile 5.0.

To close a program I have been clicking the "x" in the top right corner. BUT a friend showed me that under "settings"-"Memory" I had about 25 programs running and he said it made my phone SLOW...

is there a task manager to see what programs are running? ALSO - what is the proper way to shut down a program then?

I'm loving the features of this phone, but am wondering whether I should wait until the HSDPA phones start coming out. A HSDPA phone with these features could be how far out, another year or two? Could it be possible that Cingular will charge a ridiculous amount for the HSDPA speed and aim it a pure business users?

For all of you already using bluetooth headsets with this phone, I was hoping you could shed some light as to which headsets are working the best and which aren't and why. Thanks

When I do a send and receive for my Gmail account on this phone, all my inbox messages disappear.

I created new folders to store messages I want to keep and it looks like that works as far as not losing messages, but is there something I can do in my phone or Gmail settings so I can keep messages in my Inbox without having them disappear when I check for new messages?

I have hade the 8125 for a few weeks and I was wondering does anyone know how to download cingular ringtones the phone will not open them and the phone does not go to media net can anyone help me with this am I doing something wrong.

I have called many stores in my area (Connecticut) and none has the phone. I am ready to drive to boston, is there a way to find online when does the shipment arrive (or inventory)at stores.

Cingular website just mention the fact that 8125 is "Supports WiFi"
My questions are,
Is this phone can connect to any WiFi Like in my office or airport ETC...
Is it 802.11B or G??
What is the speed transfer up & download.
and last, If possible (speed dependent) can I use VOiP while using WiFi,

I setup my adelphia account on the phone. But can't send emails out. I have no clue what i'm doing wrong my old SX66 used to do the same thing with my Bellsouth client. I just figured i dropped the SX66 to many times. I can recieve the email just fine. but when it goes to send i get a message that says

System Administrator
Invalid Message Recipients

Your message "test". was not sent and has been moved to the Drafts folder.

The following recipients are invalid:

****@bellsouth.net

I know that Cingular plans on releasing two models. 8125 w/ camera and the 8120 w/o camera. However, does anyone know if the 8125 has the touch screen? I know the K-Jam 9100 does, however everywhere I have looked for this 8125 it never mentions the touch screen.

I have added a 512MB mini-SD card to the 8125. This works great for downloads and such but I would like to take advantage of this extra space to allow me to download complete emails with attachments. Is there a way to have the email folders moved/linked from internal storage to the storage card? This would also be great for the music library as well but this is my first phone beyond just a basic calling device and need some help! Thanks.

Does anyone know how to change the settings so that you receive a full email message? My phone is set so that I have to click on a link each time I want to download a full email message and I have to do a send and receive to get the rest of the message.

and my phone automatically answers the call. This sucks cause all I am trying to do is get the thing out of its holder and if I touch the screen or any button it answers. Not only that but I have anwered calls with out even taking it out of the belt holder, totallly embarrassing. PLease help me fix this!!!!!!!!1 🤭
